Code of Conduct

In a business environment that is changing faster and faster every day the importance of a behavior that is socially and ethically responsible grows every day – to our customers as well as to our suppliers. For this reason ARI-Armaturen established a Code of Conduct which defines essential principles and recommendations for action as well as requirements regarding our conduct towards business partners. It serves as a binding aid to orientation for all employees, management personnel and the top management for the following topics:

• Respect for human rights
• Child labor
• Health and safety at work
• Legal compliance
• Bribery and corruption
• Environmental protection

This code of conduct demands high standards of our company and our employees, but it is also a crucial obligation towards our business partners.

ARI-Armaturen expects from every employee to comply with this code of conduct. A single misconduct can have a permanent negative impact on the whole company.
